In 2014, I was training for a ½ marathon with a friend. Often our training found us lacing up our shoes and hitting our route as early as 5 am (I am not a morning person). One morning my friend offered me a few drops of peppermint essential oil to breathe in before we left for our routine. Wow! I was awake, energized, and ready to go. That morning began my love and 5-year journey of still discovering essential oils today.
